Cancellation Policy: Please make your reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of requested service. If you need to cancel your reservation or reschedule, please notify Lux Salon 4 hours in advance to individual appointment and 8 hours prior to package appointment to avoid 50% cancellation fee. Within 4 hours cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge of full value.

Arrive Early: Arriving early will allow you to enjoy minute of your spa experience. However, if you do arrive late, please remember that your treatment must end on time so the next client isn't delayed, regardless of how late you start.

All Appointments must be reserved by credit cards, debit, check, cash or gift certificates. If booking appointments or purchasing gift cards directly with us, these are prices.
